Allergens

 According to the new REGULATION (EU) no. 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers, it becomes MANDATORY information on allergenic ingredients that may be contained, not only in prepackaged, but also in unpackaged food offered to final consumers in catering establishments.

 In order to ensure the essential information of our customers, we have created tables with the products that contain allergens, indicating on a case-by-case basis the specific type, as described by the current legislation. 

 1. CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN (ie wheat, barley, oats, rye, etc.) and products based on these cereals 

2. EGGS and egg-based products 

3. PEACHES (ie peanuts) and products based on peanuts 

4. MILK and dairy products (including lactose) 

5. FRUITS WITH Shells (ie nuts such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, etc. and their products) 6. SESAME SEEDS and sesame products
