Farsala halva

They are made from sugar, flour and nuts. Additional ingredients of halva can be, cinnamon, vanillin or others. As a rule, halva is prepared as follows: a syrup is cooked from sugar and water, nuts are added, at the same time, the flour is fried in oil in a large cauldron, then everything is mixed and left to cool.
